Overview

Project Need

Sentral Education is a specialised learning and management software company servicing over 1800 customers in the Australian Education sector. Sentral software is an easy to use platform that helps schools, teachers and students manage administrative tasks, online learning, and a host of other functions.

Our challenge was to transform Sentral’s existing website into an up to date, modern and powerful marketing tool.  We placed a big emphasis on driving online engagement from website visitors (both existing and new), and increasing the number of online enquiries that came through the website. The website is also an important resource for Sentral’s existing customer base to come to in order to access product support and other related information.

Project Goals

  • Develop a new look and feel that retains elements of the existing branding but is more modern and user friendly
  • Increase the number of lead enquiries to Sentral (conversion)
  • Provide a better platform that can be maintained easily by marketing, including easy-to-use CMS capability and tracking tools (GA, GTM).

A Better Marketing Tool

With the overarching goal of enhancing the aesthetic and user-friendliness of Sentral’s website, we added drop down menus and improved the site’s navigation to enable users to access content that is relevant to them more readily. In addition to these improvements, we boosted Sentral’s user interface and functionality to better showcase their products as their unique selling point. Combined with the integration of strategic Call To Actions (CTAs), these measures were designed to engage new clients, as well as retain and make it easier for existing clients to reach out for further support.

Understanding Sentral’s key audience profiles were essential to crafting a user experience designed to provide the right information for the particular person visiting the website. Sentral’s offering caters to a variety of audiences, from parents and students to teachers, school management and school administrators. Due to the complexity of Sentral’s software offering and the specific information each user type requires, the user journey we crafted and presented had to be tailored accordingly. Whether a teacher, parent, admin staff or other comes to the new Sentral website, the content and experience are right for them and their needs.

We worked closely with Sentral on the aesthetics of the brand and created a website that is both modern and warm. We removed the text-heavy layouts in their existing website and replaced it with large, impactful imagery and icons to improve user engagement and accessibility. We helped Sentral transform their brand’s image into a modern software company that provides useful solutions to the education sector, allowing for scalability as they continue to expand.

The Result

We created a conversion-driven marketing website that still conveys Sentral’s brand values with easy navigation and a revamped personality to better engage with their clients.  Ultimately, Sentral’s new marketing website capitalises on the principle of ‘less is more’ when it comes to engagement and conversions.
