Taking the brand experience online, strategy and implementation
We teamed up with Harris Farm Markets to understand their business and how investing in digital could help them reach their goals and objectives.
We determined that a redesign and development of the Harris Farm Markets website, bringing the brand to life online, was the first necessary step in their digital journey. We needed to study what gave customers the most value and to structure the site around this.
An organisational aim was to use the website as a tool for driving increased foot traffic through the Harris Farm Markets stores across NSW (before they launched their e-commerce offering). We were able to grow visits to the store specials page by 300 percent which had a correlative effect on in-store foot traffic.
We went on to aid Harris Farm Markets in the rollout of their e-commerce and home delivery offering as well as work with them on various digital assets including creating EDM’s, SMS Campaigns, ongoing website content management and strategic consulting.
